Feasibility Study

In 2015, SAGE Architectural Alliance was commissioned by a non-profit provider to do a feasibility study for the creation of a PACE Center, “Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly” near the center of the district, that would be operated by a collaboration of senior providers. The study looked at the feasibility of two potential sites.

Not only would the seniors within the ID be served, but the program envisions serving Asian seniors throughout the region.

The International District has a growing percentage of seniors. The project is a cutting-edge example of collaboration by senior housing providers, working together to create a hub of community-based senior services.
